Description

  • Own problem framing, technical strategy, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one.
  • Translate ambiguous product concepts into clear structures, constraints, and specifications for people and AI systems.
  • Build maintainable AI and agentic systems using modern tools and frontier models.
  • Lead early customer conversations and use real workflows to shape product direction.
  • Validate customer traction before scaling the product or team.
  • Contribute to fundraising, investor discussions, and due diligence.
  • Recruit and develop the technical team when appropriate and establish company culture.
  • Co-decide on product, technology, hiring, fundraising, and venture strategy with FutureSight.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products used by real customers under production constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design skills with a bias toward simplicity, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Ability to translate messy product intent into actionable structure, constraints, and specifications.
  • Customer-oriented approach and comfort leading technical customer conversations.
  • Experience building verification, evaluation, and feedback systems for trustworthy AI products.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is strongly preferred.
  • Founder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, ability to operate independently, and willingness to commit full-time and exclusively.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief statement explaining alignment with the venture are required to apply.
