Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with independent RIAs and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion for the business.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation.
  • Operate as CEO in a co-creation model with FutureSight’s cross-functional studio team.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to WealthTech and AI agents/LLMs.
  • Willingness to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder note as part of the application.
  • Commitment to moving quickly through the hiring process for the right candidate.
