Description

  • Set the venture’s direction and lead overall execution as Co-Founder and CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert pilots into paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team while establishing the company’s culture.
  • Work with the studio team as a true co-creation partner across strategy, product, growth, and fundraising.
  • Build relationships with ecommerce sellers and other stakeholders to validate and grow the business.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Direct experience in ecommerce, such as operating a multi-channel business, selling software into the market, or building tools for ecommerce sellers at scale.
  • A network within the ecommerce seller community, including Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, and 3PL partners.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Ability to apply for the role by submitting a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on founder goals.
