Description

  • Own Bitcentral's product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with customer needs, market dynamics, and long-term competitive positioning.
  • Lead the transition from on-premise infrastructure to hybrid cloud architectures while maintaining reliability for mission-critical workflows.
  • Champion AI-first product thinking and identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows.
  • Make build-versus-buy and product sequencing decisions under resource constraints.
  • Partner with sales leadership to turn customer signals, market trends, and strategic account needs into product priorities.
  • Serve as the executive product voice with major broadcast clients and strategic customers.
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and business model evolution from perpetual licenses to recurring revenue.
  • Work with finance and sales to sequence pricing and customer migration decisions.
  • Measure product performance against pro forma expectations and use insights to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead the product function, including team structure, decision rights, operating cadence, and culture.

Requirements

  • Senior product leadership experience in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or vertical software company with accountability for product strategy, roadmap execution, customer adoption, and product-market fit.
  • Demonstrated ability to make product bets based on customer discovery, market data, usage signals, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience leading a product organization through a major inflection point such as platform repositioning, pricing redesign, cloud migration, or market expansion.
  • Practical AI product mindset, including experience shipping AI-embedded capabilities with measurable customer outcomes or leading sustained AI experimentation.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience in pricing, packaging, customer migration, and business model evolution toward recurring revenue.
  • Credibility with enterprise or institutional customers and the ability to serve as the primary product voice in strategic relationships.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows, technical constraints, and market opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
  • Experience in broadcast media, television technology, content management, media asset management, playout, or newsroom workflows is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the workflows, reliability expectations, regulatory constraints, and buyer dynamics of large broadcast organizations is highly preferred.
  • Experience modernizing established products without disrupting mission-critical customers is highly preferred.

Benefits

  • Expected base salary of USD $170,000-$220,000, excluding incentives where applicable.
  • Remote work available within the United States, with Southern California preferred.
