Description

  • Set the venture direction and lead overall execution as the founding CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning across logistics customer segments.
  • Lead customer development, including pilots with freight brokerages and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion targeting heads of logistics, supply chain, and operations.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the MVP and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Oversee product priorities related to TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflows.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the culture and operating foundation of the company.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to build investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder-fit note during application.
