Description

  • Integrate and optimize Advisor, Future's proprietary AI recommendation engine, into email marketing workflows.
  • Design, build and deploy recommender models and personalization engines for email content.
  • Ensure newsletters and marketing-triggered emails deliver hyper-personalized content tailored to individual user interests and behaviours.
  • Bridge the gap between the Single Customer View (SCV) data and final email content to enable Next Best Action decision-making at scale.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Full Stack Developers and Data Engineers to implement data pipelines, feature engineering and production inference.
  • Wrap models in performant APIs for real-time inference during email assembly and integrate them into the email generation process.
  • Measure and optimise the impact of personalization on marketing KPIs such as Open Rate, CTR and Conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models, especially recommender systems (collaborative filtering, content-based filtering) or personalization engines.
  • Expert-level Python skills for data manipulation and model development (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
  • Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines, including querying and feature engineering from data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Experience developing model-serving APIs (FastAPI, Flask) for real-time inference.
  • Familiarity with deploying ML services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion) and how AI can impact them.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering and data teams and report into technical leadership.
  • Role is UK-based and remote (applicants should be able to work in the UK).
  • Preferred: experience with proprietary recommendation engines or Next Best Action decision systems.
