Description

  • Implement and optimize AI-driven solutions to improve internal operations and workflows.
  • Translate strategic objectives into functional software applications using defined technologies.
  • Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks across the tech stack.
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance of internal AI tools and applications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across business verticals to understand internal processes and AI opportunities.
  • Contribute to the transformation of company processes through generative AI.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Internal AI Solutions to execute the team’s strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, including React and Node.js.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Python.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, or with open-source models.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing AI-powered applications.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into internal tools such as Slack bots, internal dashboards, or workflow assistants.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling complex projects that integrate multiple systems.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and system efficiency improvements.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and structured/unstructured data integration into LLM workflows is preferred.
  • Practical experience building or orchestrating AI agents is preferred.
  • Understanding of AI governance principles is preferred.
  • Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa.
  • No relocation assistance is provided.
