Description

  • Manage escalated support tickets, including break/fix issues, application setup, and user-level configuration tasks.
  • Provide high-quality end-user support and resolve more complex technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Support server administration, networking, and security efforts as part of the broader infrastructure team.
  • Set up new Hyper-V hosts and assist with deployment and troubleshooting of SonicWall firewalls.
  • Manage Datto networking switches and access points.
  • Use the ticketing system to document, monitor, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain clear and accurate internal documentation throughout the support process.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to deliver remote support and service to clients.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of IT support experience in an MSP or fast-paced technical environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Solid experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking, and core networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Office applications, and Office 365 cloud administration.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup solutions.
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required; if not already held, certification is expected after hire with company support.
  • MD-102 (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
  • Experience using Autotask PSA is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities.
  • Genuine desire to deliver excellent service and continuously improve.
