Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, search strategies, and candidate profiles.
  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking strategies.
  • Conduct introductory interviews to assess technical and cultural alignment while presenting Qvest’s culture and opportunities.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate logistics, offer preparation, and offer extensions.
  • Track recruiting pipeline metrics, report progress, and maintain alignment with hiring managers.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Partner with subcontractor vendors to source, vet, interview, and onboard specialized talent.
  • Maintain recruiting guidelines, standard operating procedures, and training resources.
  • Share sourcing best practices and market intelligence while implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain ATS data and recruitment documentation in compliance with EEO guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in professional services.
  • 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
  • Strong candidate engagement, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support recruiting decisions.
  • Ability to independently manage workload while supporting a broader recruiting team.
  • Experience navigating ATS platforms, maintaining data, and producing reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for a management or technology consulting firm preferred.
  • Experience with Lever ATS and foundational Google Sheets or Excel skills preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by project scope or management.
