Description

  • Manage segment-specific workflows and fix breakdowns in technical processes.
  • Prevent methodology drift and ensure consistent technical deployment standards across segments.
  • Serve as the centralized reference for product launches and structured rollout motions.
  • Track and report stage conversion, cycle length, resource utilization, and qualification accuracy by segment.
  • Use utilization signals to inform staffing, ramp, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Build and maintain shared resources such as project plan templates, demo catalogs, technical proof points, and playbooks.
  • Identify successful segment practices that should be standardized across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and database systems to support insights and solution development.
  • Maintain AI and automation systems that support Solutions Consultants and Solutions Engineers.
  • Iterate on agent quality, manage new capability rollouts, and measure productivity outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy, ideally in a SaaS Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success organization.
  • Proven experience owning cross-functional programs end to end and driving outcomes.
  • Strong process design ability and experience building systems that fix operational breakdowns.
  • Operational analytics fluency with productivity metrics such as stage conversion, cycle length, utilization, and qualification accuracy.
  • SQL proficiency and working knowledge of a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or an equivalent.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tooling and a point of view on agent quality and productivity ROI.
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex data and program updates into clear narratives for audiences from ICs to segment Directors.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust quickly across teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Change management experience, ideally supporting an organization through a significant operating transition.
  • Proven success navigating ambiguity in high-growth startup environments.
  • Domain knowledge or experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desired.

  • OTE of $130K–$140K.
  • Final compensation determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, role alignment, and location.
