Description

  • Define the retention and expansion strategy and turn business targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap.
  • Lead discovery work through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel review to identify adoption blockers and growth opportunities.
  • Own cross-functional initiatives that improve activation, onboarding, discoverability, monetization, and customer expansion.
  • Drive retention and expansion programs in partnership with PMM, CSM, GTM, Product, Data, and Engineering.
  • Maintain the metric tree and North Star metrics for retention, adoption, monetization, and business impact.
  • Make scale, iterate, or stop decisions based on measured initiative outcomes.
  • Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization.
  • Own the retention, APV/ARR per active customer, and cross-product adoption outcomes for active organizations.
  • Prioritize and resolve adoption blockers and expansion opportunities across the Organization Experience product surface.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments.
  • Senior-level scope and influence in product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of adoption and churn issues.
  • Proven experience designing and executing cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Strong discovery experience, including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation.
  • Experience working on customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions.
  • Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact.
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations.
  • Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
  • Fluent English at C1+ level.
  • Russian-speaking team environment; collaboration in English is required.
  • Remote role based in Spain, aligned to CET.
