Description

  • Lead planning and delivery of internal company events, team gatherings, and offsites from concept through execution.
  • Own end-to-end swag and merchandise operations, including sourcing, budgeting, inventory, and distribution.
  • Coordinate and continuously improve employee benefits administration processes and communication.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and improve the employee experience.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, venues, agencies, and partners while controlling budgets and optimizing spend.
  • Build scalable workflows and improve operational efficiency across People Operations.
  • Lead the Operations team to provide high-quality support across multiple functions.
  • Negotiate with vendors and handle related communications and documents in Russian and English.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Russian and English, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and handle communications and documents in both languages.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, workplace experience, people operations, or event management.
  • Prior team leadership experience.
  • Strong project management ability to run multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing internal events, conferences, or employee programs with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
  • Ownership mentality with a proactive focus on improving processes and taking full responsibility for outcomes.
