Description

  • Deliver live online training sessions on robotic process automation and business automation concepts.
  • Teach core topics including RPA tools, process mapping, workflow creation, process mining, change management, and industry case studies.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on BRDs, workflow diagrams, process maps, and automation documentation.
  • Support learners with module-end projects, assignments, assessments, and mock sessions.
  • Mentor students, answer technical and conceptual questions, and provide constructive feedback on performance.
  • Monitor learner engagement and session quality, maintaining accurate records of student progress and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum updates, delivery planning, and learner feedback.
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and supportive virtual learning environment.
  • Communicate with students and staff about progress, expectations, milestones, and academic concerns.
  • Escalate performance issues and support improvement plans when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in RPA implementation or automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow documentation, and automation identification.
  • Understanding of process mining concepts and automation analysis.
  • Prior experience delivering online or classroom training preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Relevant RPA certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism preferred.
  • Experience working on enterprise automation initiatives and exposure to business process improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SDLC environments preferred.
  • Ability to explain automation concepts to non-technical audiences and mentor junior professionals preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
  • Flexibility for evening availability is required.
  • Part-time availability of approximately 10–15 hours per week, with an expected weekly commitment of 8–12 hours.
