Description

  • Support WMS-to-robotics integrations involving goods-to-person systems, conveyors, sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light/pick-to-light technology.
  • Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to support WMS/WCS solution design.
  • Configure WMS modules including inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, picking, and shipping.
  • Troubleshoot MHE messages by tracing failures to source processes, assessing impact, and driving resolution.
  • Determine and troubleshoot integration endpoints, ports, and message formats.
  • Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for inventory, order, wave, and allocation issues.
  • Support clients through SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including onsite troubleshooting.
  • Participate in incident bridge calls and communicate root-cause findings to client stakeholders.
  • Assess late-stage change requests and communicate appropriate MVP scope near go-live.
  • Collaborate with onshore developers and international robotics vendor teams while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems, ideally including an end-to-end implementation or go-live.
  • Techno-functional experience bridging business operations and IT.
  • Experience with WMS integration to MHE, automation, robotics, conveyor/sortation, or ASRS systems preferred.
  • Working proficiency with SQL, including stored procedures, joins, and updates, using Oracle, MSSQL, or a comparable platform.
  • Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, wave/allocation, picking, packing, shipping, and returns workflows.
  • Familiarity with put-to-light/pick-to-light systems and warehouse hardware such as RF guns, printers, and label formats preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot MHE messaging methodically and resolve issues at the root cause.
  • Ability to work directly with clients during implementations, go-lives, and live troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75%, including occasional weekend work during go-live periods.
  • Experience with Hy-Tek Intralogistics/IntraOne, Geek+, Locus Robotics, Exotec, OMS, TMS, EDI, or Agile/DevOps environments preferred.
