Description

  • Review and validate requirements and technical specifications with product managers and developers.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure features are testable early in the development process.
  • Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end test cases across web and mobile applications.
  • Write manual and automated tests and help build and maintain automated test suites.
  • Log, track, and perform root cause analysis on defects through resolution.
  • Document test results and share observations on product quality and process improvements.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve QA KPIs, test processes, and reporting.
  • Manage testing efforts across multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Mentor and support fellow QA engineers.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, defect analysis, and test efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of quality assurance experience.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one test management tool such as Jira/Xray, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • 2+ years building automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript (preferred).
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools, including AI-generated test cases, code-assist tools, and log/defect triage (preferred).
  • Experience testing both web and mobile Android and iOS applications (preferred).
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment (preferred).
  • Must be able to work EST hours.
  • 100% remote within the United States.
