Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert across Amazon and broader ecommerce to support the sales team in advancing and closing opportunities.
  • Build internal data sets from tools and systems such as Amazon, SmartScout, Jungle Scout, and Keepa, and present the findings in a customer-facing format.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, brand strategy, and finance to develop solutions that convert prospects into clients.
  • Drive the acquisition of new brand partners by identifying high-value accounts.
  • Craft strategic business cases that clearly communicate Front Row’s value and expected outcomes.
  • Deliver compelling business cases to senior leadership teams at target accounts.
  • Qualify opportunities, diagnose brand challenges, and architect tailored solutions across Amazon and marketplace channels.
  • Shape deal strategy and support forecasting impact from pre-sale through delivery.
  • Serve as a key advisor to prospective brand partners during the pre-sale process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or sales engineering within a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon and/or ecommerce.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and deliver meaningful insights to senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to drive progress with prospective clients.
  • Ability to adapt messaging, presentations, and strategies based on each account’s unique challenges and goals.
  • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and leverage specialized expertise.
  • Ability to stay current on industry trends and shifts across the ecommerce and marketplace landscape.
