Description

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, UAT, pilot, and rollout of Highspot across MP, DMS US, and DMS EU teams.
  • Own platform configuration, including workspace architecture, permissions, content taxonomy, and integrations with CRM, HRIS, email, and analytics tools.
  • Define and implement content governance standards, including naming conventions, tagging structure, content lifecycle rules, and ownership.
  • Build and manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder checkpoints, and go/no-go decision gates.
  • Coordinate with Highspot’s implementation team on technical setup, permissions, and API configuration.
  • Design and execute UAT cycles, defect tracking, and workflow validation before launch.
  • Identify, train, and support division-level champions to drive adoption within each team.
  • Create user documentation, quick-start guides, and role-specific training materials for end users.
  • Run a 3-week pilot, collect structured feedback, and refine configuration and training based on pilot results.
  • Monitor adoption metrics after launch, run office hours and refresher sessions, and deliver post-launch reporting and transition plans.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years managing SaaS platform implementations, with Seismic, Showpad, or similar enablement/CMS platforms required.
  • Experience implementing Highspot.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional rollouts for global or multi-division organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement workflows, content management, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience designing and executing UAT plans, training programs, and change management strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with content governance, taxonomy design, and analytics/reporting within enablement platforms.

Benefits

  • $55–$85 per hour compensation.
  • 15 hours per week working model.
