Description

  • Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with named clients.
  • Gather and document client requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage planning, preparation, and delivery of projects for specific clients.
  • Maintain the project backlog and monitor progress through completion.
  • Ensure delivery quality while meeting scope, objectives, and margin requirements.
  • Make decisions and trade-offs under pressure to resolve project issues and risks.
  • Coordinate with resource management to build resource plans and support consultant onboarding and offboarding.
  • Schedule project kickoffs, meetings, conference calls, and client check-ins.
  • Track team progress, communicate status updates to clients, and facilitate reviews of findings.
  • Monitor incoming customer communications, escalate urgent items, and audit deliverables and team performance.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working in a Project Management office setting.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to respond to customer needs promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone and email communication.
  • Detail-oriented experience in a fast-paced environment on an ongoing basis.
  • Experience managing software security or IT projects is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with project management activities on security projects involving network, infrastructure, and applications is preferred.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and other general office applications.
  • Experience working with SharePoint is highly desired.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field is preferred.
