Description

  • Manage and update e-commerce written and visual content for partners, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate the overhaul of Frida’s owned and external e-commerce presence, including copy, visuals, and enhanced content.
  • Monitor e-commerce content compliance and identify missing assets or deviations across customers, SKUs, and platforms.
  • Support and maintain marketing and trade marketing calendars for the Nordics and the UK.
  • Monitor customer promotional calendars and ensure brand activation aligns with plan.
  • Coordinate the production, distribution, and timely delivery of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Support in-store merchandising production and setup across customer locations.
  • Track customer revision deadlines and communicate upcoming requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain SKU, pricing, and product data for customers and manage product submissions.
  • Review and optimize customer product portfolios, identifying gaps, new opportunities, and rationalization needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, trade marketing, or e-commerce within FMCG consumer goods or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience working with trade marketing calendars and related productions.
  • Experience managing product data, pricing, SKUs, and digital content assets.
  • Understanding of both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce merchandising, product setup, and content best practices.
  • Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines, calendars, and customer requirements.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.
  • Additional Nordic languages are preferred.
