Description

  • Achieve sales targets and consistently meet KPIs.
  • Call and contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and occasional in-person meetings to win new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to close.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha solutions with partner needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on market and industry trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with a hunter mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is a bonus.
  • Additional language skills or Spanish are a bonus.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
