Description

  • Support third-party and direct field staff each week with clear instructions, voicemail scripts, scheduling, and program readiness.
  • Maintain proactive communication with field partners and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve execution issues quickly.
  • Analyze service execution and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions and support training efforts to improve execution of the Freeosk platform.
  • Develop and document repeatable best practices for internal teams and external partners.
  • Support new product launches and new retail network implementations by integrating field operations processes.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews and share performance insights and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail field operations, project management, client/customer service, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
  • Experience working with external partners or third-party labor providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure execution environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to internal stakeholders, field teams, and external partners.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to AI agent use and/or development is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in the continental United States, with occasional travel to Chicago and key partner locations.
