Description

  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition and HR teams with clear structure, guidance, and delegation.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, including pipeline management, shortlist reviews, sourcing strategy, and process improvement.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle from candidate attraction and onboarding through freelancer or employee engagement.
  • Develop approaches for conflict resolution, employee relations, and stakeholder support to strengthen internal and client relationships.
  • Design and implement initiatives for organizational well-being, retention, engagement, and professional development.
  • Define, track, and improve HR and recruitment KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes.
  • Lead workforce planning, growth projections, and strategic people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive data quality and analytics projects to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.
  • Present performance reports, achievements, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the People function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing multidisciplinary HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Background in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, staff augmentation, or similar talent-focused industries.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent sourcing strategies, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, organizational development, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs, workforce metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience designing well-being, training, retention, and professional development programs.
  • Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • For candidates in Maracaibo, Venezuela, willingness to work on-site at the Valle Frío office for the first three months, then transition to a hybrid schedule with two office days and three remote days per week.
