Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for the trading platform.
  • Own platform initiatives and propose solutions for infrastructure and operational challenges.
  • Support and improve production reliability, availability, and incident response processes.
  • Investigate and resolve complex performance, stability, and distributed systems issues under pressure.
  • Collaborate in architecture discussions and challenge assumptions around infrastructure decisions.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure automation and deployment workflows using modern platform practices.
  • Improve observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational tooling.
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment with high availability requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Strong Linux and operating system knowledge.
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and production incidents.
  • Understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and SRE principles.
  • Experience designing reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
  • Ability to investigate complex performance and stability issues under pressure.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Argo CD / GitOps, Terraform, Helm, Docker, and AWS; EKS preferred.
  • Senior-level experience with the ability to independently propose solutions and participate in architecture discussions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced production environments with high availability requirements (highly desirable).
