Description

  • Manage 4-6 concurrent creative projects and keep stakeholders, leadership, and contractors aligned on timelines and deliverables.
  • Own project calendars and schedules using Google Sheets and Google Calendar.
  • Coordinate complex integrated marketing campaigns spanning video, social, digital, radio, activations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Work with the founder/creative director and internal team to move projects from briefing through strategy, creative development, reviews, and production.
  • Set realistic deadlines with leadership that account for creative workflows and internal dependencies.
  • Maintain organized project tracking systems, documentation, and easy access to deliverables and communications.
  • Manage contractor and producer relationships with attention to confidentiality and contract sensitivity.
  • Coordinate meetings and optimize schedules across multiple commitments and contracts.
  • Use tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Notion, and AI applications like ChatGPT to streamline work.
  • Create high-quality SOPs and help improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the full lifecycle of creative campaigns from strategy through production.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple deliverable streams.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and Google Docs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Notion, and similar tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and maintain high standards in a scrappy startup environment.
  • Comfort with simple project management tools rather than complex platforms; experience in an LA/New York-style or similarly fast-moving creative environment is preferred.
  • Experience managing producer and contractor relationships is preferred.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor such as Intel i5 or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
  • Noise-canceling headset with a microphone.
  • Location in the Philippines and availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
