Description

  • Serve as the primary clinical contact for clients and lead internal clinical teams.
  • Plan and oversee feasibility, site start-up, enrollment, maintenance, and study closeout activities.
  • Develop country recruitment and retention strategies and assess enrollment risks.
  • Prepare clinical documents, training materials, study trackers, manuals, and monitoring plans.
  • Coordinate CRA, investigator, vendor, and cross-functional communications and training.
  • Oversee regulatory and ethics submissions, eTMF implementation, IP release, accountability, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor study metrics, data quality, compliance, timelines, and corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Support investigator meetings, GCP audit preparation, site contracting, vendor management, and business development.
  • Manage project resourcing, escalate site or CRA performance issues, and assume project management duties when required.
  • Review clinical data and site visit reports and provide line management where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of clinical research experience, including significant clinical monitoring experience.
  • Experience with Phase 1 and first-in-human healthy-volunteer clinical trials.
  • Professional Mandarin proficiency to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
