Description

  • Manage 4-6 concurrent creative projects and keep stakeholders and contractors aligned on timelines and deliverables.
  • Own project calendars and schedules using Google Sheets and Google Calendar.
  • Coordinate internal teams, leadership, and external contractors to maintain clarity on deadlines, dependencies, and project phases.
  • Track integrated campaigns with multiple deliverable streams, including video, social, digital, radio, activations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from client briefing through strategy, creative development, internal reviews, and production.
  • Work with leadership to set realistic deadlines that account for creative workflows and internal capacity.
  • Maintain organized project tracking systems and ensure deliverables and communications are accessible.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple contracts and commitments.
  • Develop high-quality standard operating procedures to support process consistency.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, solve logistical issues, and support efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of creative campaigns from strategy through production.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a scrappy startup environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Experience at an LA/New York-style agency or similarly fast-moving creative environment.
  • Comfort using simple project management tools such as Google Sheets and Calendar rather than complex platforms.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns with multiple deliverable streams.
  • Experience managing producer or contractor relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Notion, and similar tools.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or equivalent or higher).
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
  • Noise-canceling headset with a microphone.
  • Location in LATAM.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
