Description

Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, risk mitigation, and timely completion.
Collect, analyze, and interpret departmental data and metrics to evaluate performance and develop mitigation strategies.
Design, optimize, and implement operational processes, workflows, and improvements.
Develop implementation, communication, change management, and risk mitigation strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
Document business requirements, project decisions, governance activities, and operating procedures.
Apply process improvement frameworks across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
Mentor team members and support colleagues’ professional development.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting.
2+ years of experience using Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing related operating and technical procedures.
2+ years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, or similar process improvement methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (preferred).
Working knowledge of enrollment and billing (preferred).
Ability to work remotely while residing in Atlanta, Georgia.

Base salary of $87,188–$114,434 per year.
