Description

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, risk mitigation, and timely completion.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret departmental data and metrics to evaluate performance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Design, optimize, and implement operational processes, workflows, and improvements.
  • Develop implementation, communication, change management, and risk mitigation strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document business requirements, project decisions, governance activities, and operating procedures.
  • Apply process improvement frameworks across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Mentor team members and support colleagues’ professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing related operating and technical procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of enrollment and billing (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely while residing in Atlanta, Georgia.
