Description

  • Administer and develop the office network infrastructure, primarily using MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment.
  • Reconfigure network segmentation across office locations and eliminate infrastructure bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement high-availability solutions for network equipment and WAN connectivity.
  • Deploy network monitoring systems and add services that simplify network administration.
  • Maintain the corporate knowledge base, network diagrams, and IP address management records.
  • Prepare and configure network equipment remotely for new office openings.
  • Collaborate with ISPs and the team managing the data center network core.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to network infrastructure and associated services.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience configuring, routing, and troubleshooting MikroTik RouterOS environments.
  • Solid understanding of UniFi and Edge product lines.
  • Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and NAT.
  • Practical experience designing and supporting high-availability environments, including link redundancy and load balancing.
  • Solid experience with Ubuntu Linux, including network service configuration and basic server administration.
  • Experience with IP address management tools such as NetBox, phpIPAM, or similar.
  • Experience maintaining network documentation and diagrams using tools such as Confluence, Notion, draw.io, or Visio.
  • Experience deploying and customizing monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana, Nagios, or similar.
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems in a structured way, and keep infrastructure well organized.
  • Experience with IP telephony, including Asterisk administration and configuration, is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Understanding of FortiGate architecture and operation is preferred.
  • Basic automation skills using Bash, Python, or Ansible are preferred.
