Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop four Supply Engineers.
  • Assign work, prioritize workloads, monitor deadlines, and provide performance feedback.
  • Coordinate material and hardware procurement to support production and installation schedules.
  • Plan inventory levels, forecast purchasing needs, and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to prepare material lists and verify order requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, logistics, and delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, Warehouse, and Installation teams.
  • Report operational progress and risks to the Chief Technical Officer while driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or similar role serving the U.S. market.
  • Hands-on procurement or sourcing experience with U.S.-based suppliers and international markets.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials.
  • Experience working with suppliers in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
  • Experience with ClickUp or a similar task management system.
  • Fluent English required; fluent Russian preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and accountability skills.
