Description

  • Maintain accurate employee profiles, documentation, and digital records in Workable.
  • Support onboarding, transfers, terminations, and other employee lifecycle changes.
  • Track working hours, absences, and leave records in Uattend, resolving discrepancies with managers and employees.
  • Prepare monthly or bi-weekly payroll input data and help resolve related discrepancies.
  • Draft and distribute company-wide HR announcements and respond to employee procedure inquiries.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare periodic operational reports.
  • Improve HR workflows, templates, and administrative standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or payroll support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Fluent Russian and English proficiency at C1+ level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms, such as Workable.
  • Experience with time-tracking systems, such as Uattend.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and Excel.
  • Familiarity with task management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and process discipline.
  • Ability to work independently remotely while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Availability for a full-time, non-flexible schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New York time.
