Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and target market segments.
  • Analyze sales statistics and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Report sales findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Coordinate day-to-day sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Participate in recruiting and training new sales team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve and expand the sales department.
  • Provide feedback on department processes, growth opportunities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven B2B and B2C sales experience.
  • Fluent English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
  • Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Inflow, or similar tools.
  • Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
  • Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast sales performance.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and collaboration abilities.
  • Results-driven, accountable, and able to manage change effectively.
