Description

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and target market segments.
Analyze sales statistics and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Report sales insights and recommendations to senior management.
Coach and mentor team members through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and ongoing support.
Coordinate daily sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise.
Participate in recruiting and training new team members.
Collaborate with senior management to develop the sales department and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to support sales planning and decision-making.

Requirements

7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
Fluent English at C1–C2 level.
Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Inflow, or similar platforms.
Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast.
Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and team collaboration abilities.
Results-driven, accountable, and effective at managing change.
