Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and target market segments.
  • Analyze sales statistics and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Report sales insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate daily sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Participate in recruiting and training new team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop the sales department and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to support sales planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Fluent English at C1–C2 level.
  • Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Inflow, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
  • Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and team collaboration abilities.
  • Results-driven, accountable, and effective at managing change.
