Description

  • Install, commission, and calibrate 3D printing systems at customer sites.
  • Deliver structured user training on equipment operation, software, and basic maintenance.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations for customers.
  • Respond to urgent customer downtime issues and perform on-site repairs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window for warrantied customers.
  • Diagnose electromechanical issues and resolve problems during a single visit where possible.
  • Manage a high volume of customer visits and an independently planned travel schedule.
  • Arrange flights, trains, hotels, and rental cars, and submit expenses on time.
  • Document installations, training, and repairs accurately in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Strong electromechanical or hardware technical background.
  • Ability to teach customers and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Fluency in German and English at C1 level.
  • Willingness to travel 80% or more of the time, including on short notice.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Based in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich is highly preferred.
  • French fluency is a preferred qualification.
  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies is preferred.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing startup environment is preferred.
  • English-language résumé required.
