Description

  • Own revenue growth and performance for Japan-based publisher accounts across Verve Performance+ and Branding+ platforms.
  • Monitor portfolio revenue and key metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Lead optimization initiatives across traffic, demand channels, and ad formats.
  • Build publisher relationships and serve as the primary contact and escalation point for assigned accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end publisher lifecycle, including onboarding, integrations, inventory enablement, and SDK updates.
  • Oversee discrepancy resolution, revenue validation, traffic quality, and compliance.
  • Use data analysis to develop optimization strategies and translate insights into actions for internal teams and publishers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Demand, Analytics, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve issues, improve performance, and support payments.
  • Provide Japan-market feedback for product roadmap development and contribute to efficiency and scalability initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SSP/AdTech account management or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, mediation platforms such as MAX and LevelPlay, header bidding, and SDK integrations.
  • Proven experience managing publisher relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Native Japanese proficiency and business-fluent written and verbal English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with branding and performance monetization models.
  • Experience with mobile app monetization and SDK-based integrations.
  • Experience working with gaming, media, or retail publishers is preferred.
