Description

  • Identify how a client’s architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice.
  • Lead solution design discussions, validate feasibility, and partner with sales and engagement teams on technical proposals.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze business processes, assess alternative solutions, and recommend new approaches that leverage emerging technology components.
  • Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information to support client projects.
  • Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and processes that maximize Salesforce application value.
  • Align business strategy with technological direction throughout solutioning and delivery.
  • Develop and enforce architecture and development libraries, whitepapers, standards, and best practices.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architectures.
  • Support project managers through all stages of the software development process and oversee solution development and configuration quality.
  • Assign work to technical consultants, monitor performance, and provide guidance and assistance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2+ years architecting within Salesforce and enterprise architecture experience.
  • Extensive pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture experience.
  • Expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the Force.com platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Previous experience as a consultant or developer in the Salesforce ecosystem or related technologies.
  • Ability to apply integration and security design principles and translate business requirements into technical documents.
  • Experience building a culture of engineering excellence focused on quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment.
  • Salesforce certifications are mandatory, including Developer, Consultant, and Architect credentials.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must reside in one of the approved U.S. states or Washington, DC.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

  • Estimated compensation range of $150,000 to $180,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs.
