Description

  • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to identify business, functional, and technological needs.
  • Synthesize requirements into clear user stories and solution design documentation.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and client requirements.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including managed packages, data models, integrations, automation, and custom functionality.
  • Draft custom development specifications and coordinate delivery and testing with development resources.
  • Iterate on solutions through build, test, and review cycles with the customer Product Owner.
  • Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to end users.
  • Work with the Delivery Director to manage scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Provide post-deployment support for implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience.
  • Background in project coordination, business analysis, or project management.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Business Analyst certification preferred.
  • Experience defining business processes, writing user stories, and gathering Salesforce requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce deployments, including data migrations, third-party integrations, and configuration across B2B, B2C, and hybrid models.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights clearly and accurately.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce products.
  • Ability to identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, manage priorities, and complete administrative and operational tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, continuous learner with experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving needs.

  • Estimated compensation range of $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
