Description

  • Deliver and maintain API documentation for a range of payment services, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and ease of understanding.
  • Develop user-friendly technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including product user manuals, technical specifications, and technical tutorials.
  • Support the current Technical Writer in creating and maintaining new and existing documentation.
  • Lead knowledge management projects using AI tools to help documentation evolve alongside Form3’s products and services.
  • Maintain a centralised and organised documentation repository to ensure consistency and clarity across materials.
  • Manage and maintain Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications so endpoint definitions and schemas stay synchronised with live docs.
  • Gather feedback and continuously refine documentation to better align with real user technical requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and update content as Form3’s services change.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on internal technical documentation needs and documentation best practices.

Requirements

  • Experienced in product documentation and content publishing.
  • 1+ years of experience writing technical documentation for APIs, cloud-based software, or SaaS systems.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Swagger, and Postman.
  • Ability to create high-quality materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable with AI prompting and Cursor, and interested in AI knowledge management tools.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and developer platforms, including Git and GitHub.
  • Sound understanding of coding, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with advanced writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at native level or equivalent.
  • Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships within remote, cross-functional teams.
