Description

  • Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support end-to-end delivery of Zelle payments products.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to build Form3's Zelle gateway and translate product vision into actionable requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Form3's Zelle products for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements, then shape and document requirements for continuous improvement.
  • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and create functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Analyse data and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the US product line and underlying platform architecture to inform prioritisation and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role.
  • Previous experience working on Zelle products and understanding how Zelle differs from other US payment schemes.
  • Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and create functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Technical experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a range of stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially across internal teams and Engineering.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of other US payment schemes such as FedNow, RTP, or ACH (desirable).
  • Experience in an external-facing role partnering with customers or clients (desirable).
