Description

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid search, paid social, and display advertising strategies for digital banking products.
  • Optimize campaigns using copy changes, keyword expansion, bid adjustments, automation, budget allocation, A/B testing, and placement testing.
  • Partner with Martech, Data, and Analytics teams to improve tagging and tracking.
  • Develop and improve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support analysis and campaign management.
  • Maintain partnerships with third-party vendors to unlock growth and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop audience targeting strategy.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the Marketing and Digital Banking teams.
  • Support the development and execution of the paid media test-and-learn roadmap and report on results.
  • Handle trafficking and QA support for campaign launches and campaign changes.
  • Manage pre-launch and post-launch documentation, budget pacing, and new traffic source opportunities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience building and directly managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms and vendors, including Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Google Demand Gen, Bing Ads, Meta, and Reddit.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience identifying, recommending, and implementing paid media optimizations.
  • Experience with ad copy writing and editing or working with agency/creative/content partners.
  • Proficiency with tagging and tracking strategies, including tag rules, UTM creation, and UTM management.
  • Experience with vendor management and managing large-scale, high-budget paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Reddit, DV360, or other relevant platforms are preferred.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and able to work independently and within a team.
