Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of test cases, plans, and scripts for features and releases.
  • Coordinate testing across web UI, mobile applications, APIs, backend services, and data products.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • Validate data quality and transformations across data pipelines and data lakes.
  • Support AI/ML model testing to ensure consistent and accurate outputs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and accelerate feedback loops.
  • Track test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness.
  • Mentor QA engineers and manual testers.
  • Drive regression, smoke, and performance testing across environments.
  • Ensure QA practices comply with HIPAA and applicable health-tech standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software QA experience, including 3–5 years in a lead or senior QA role.
  • Programming knowledge in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with automated UI and API testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Protractor.
  • Experience automating tests for mobile applications.
  • Experience with data-quality testing in cloud environments such as AWS, Redshift, and S3.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries for backend validation.
  • Exposure to AI/ML product testing or model-verification workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Node.js development, advanced SQL and relational database expertise, Apache Airflow or Luigi, Snowflake or Redshift, health-tech/telehealth experience, HIPAA knowledge, TestRail/Zephyr, Jira, and performance-testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Postman.
