Description

  • Deliver accurate and timely daily service to advisors and clients with a one-contact resolution mindset.
  • Own client issues and follow through until each matter is fully resolved.
  • Manage communications between custodians, Operations, advisors, and clients.
  • Provide operational support for monetary requests, account openings, account maintenance, and paperwork processing.
  • Act as an advocate for clients by responding with empathy and understanding their needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests across email, Microsoft Teams, phone, and CRM/portal channels while meeting service level agreements.
  • Research complex operations issues, escalate and track issues, and coordinate with custodian partners and internal departments to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to inquiries and deliver a cohesive advisor and client experience.
  • Use Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage, monitor, and document client cases accurately.
  • Maintain frequent, proactive communication with advisors and clients about request status and updates.
  • Provide training support for new team members and coverage support for advisory team members.
  • Build trust and strong working relationships through personalized, high-touch client interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the RIA industry with custodian and client-facing service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industry basics and back-office processes, including custodians such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Strong information processing, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic, and client-focused environment.
  • Comfort using technology and multitasking across multiple web-based platforms and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams in different geographic locations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new methods and innovative approaches.
  • Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Non-exempt position.
  • Preferred or valued experience includes working in a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Benefits

  • Annualized base pay range of $70,000 to $75,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual cash bonus.
