Description

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to specific departments and leadership teams across the organization.
  • Translate business needs and challenges into HR actions, initiatives, and solutions.
  • Provide daily coaching, guidance, and support on employee relations and performance issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business leaders, associates, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Drive cyclical HR processes and reporting within assigned business areas.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities, including onboarding and integration of new associates.
  • Lead or support projects that advance strategic HR priorities.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team.
  • Develop and support talent development efforts, including training, career pathing, talent mapping, and job descriptions.
  • Guide workforce planning efforts, including capacity planning, hiring needs, and departmental workforce plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience at a national firm with multiple locations and 1,000+ associates, or in a high-growth organization.
  • Master’s degree and/or HR certifications or designations preferred.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and organizational values.
  • Confidence in autonomous decision-making and handling employee relations issues.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply HR knowledge to resolve business challenges involving processes, policies, systems, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and change-management capability.
  • Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and legal compliance preferred.
  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $115,000 to $135,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual cash bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Exempt position.
