Description

Manage the full recruiting process from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offers.
Handle 10-12 active requisitions at a time while maintaining a high-quality hiring experience.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and support hiring decisions.
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Maintain and strengthen FMX's employer brand across job boards, career pages, and recruiting channels.
Ensure a timely, thoughtful, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support compensation conversations by sharing salary, bonus, and benefits information and researching market trends.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and improve workflows in the applicant tracking system (Workable).
Explore and implement new recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve sourcing and efficiency.
Continuously improve recruiting processes through structured, inclusive interviewing and feedback from new hires.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting in a SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Generalist recruiting experience across corporate functions such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
Experience managing multiple open requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
Experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring needs, interviews, and selection decisions.
Confident communication and strong offer and negotiation skills.
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting data to improve outcomes.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for using new tools, including AI, to improve recruiting processes.
Highly organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on recruiting best practices.
