Description

Perform full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles, including robotics, automation, hardware engineering, software engineering, finance, and sales.
Manage searches for prioritized openings and proactively engage talent for future opportunities.
Source and follow up with passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms and strategies.
Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop structured interview processes and calibrate hiring decisions.
Lead panel prep and debrief meetings and remove obstacles that could slow the hiring process.
Schedule, confirm, and communicate interview logistics and role information with high attention to detail.
Conduct candidate interviews, assess core competencies, and evaluate alignment with Formic’s mission and culture.
Maintain accurate candidate records and data hygiene in Greenhouse ATS.
Deliver a strong candidate experience and represent what it is like to work at Formic.
Support ad hoc recruiting projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Requirements

BA/BS/CS or other undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in in-house environments.
3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles.
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (required).
Experience recruiting in robotics, IoT, industrial automation, logistics and supply chain, or manufacturing preferred.
Ability to assess and communicate with candidates from junior to leadership levels.
Creative sourcing skills and strong follow-up and messaging abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and strong judgment.
Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and empathy.
Ability to adapt quickly, give and receive feedback, and shift priorities with a bias toward action.

Benefits

Compensation range of $65 to $80 USD per hour.
Compensation is tailored based on scope, experience, geography, and market context.
