Description

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Support business technology and migration consulting projects, primarily in Regulatory Affairs.
  • Gather business and functional requirements and document them clearly.
  • Facilitate workshops to define new business processes and data architectures.
  • Drive user adoption through training and change management activities.
  • Document content and data migration transformation mapping rules.
  • Support validation activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Conduct process analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and improvements.
  • Perform data quality reviews and gap assessments to support migrations.
  • Prepare written and verbal presentations, technical documents, and reports.
  • Contribute to migration planning and define the overall migration process.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of business/process analysis experience in information management consulting is required.
  • Experience with validated systems implementations and business solution deployments using enterprise content services platforms.
  • Experience with Documentum, Generis, Veeva Vault, IT, and/or migration projects is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong decision-making, judgment, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Experience in Regulatory Information Management (RIM) is preferred.
  • Certifications on leading R&D technology platforms are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel to client sites across the U.S. and potentially internationally when needed.
  • Applicants must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
