Description

  • Serve as the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert.
  • Maintain and enhance model architecture, including dimensions, levels, attributes, versions, sheets, formulas, and calculated accounts.
  • Manage system security, user access, permissions, and licenses.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data loads with source systems.
  • Administer budgeting, forecasting, actual-version management, rollovers, planning calendars, and period locks.
  • Design, test, and deploy system enhancements and model changes using change-management procedures.
  • Perform audits, reconciliations, and validations to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop management reports, dashboards, scorecards, and OfficeConnect reports.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to budget owners, business partners, and FP&A users.
  • Identify and implement AI, automation, and process improvements to enhance planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model-building experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning administration, model design, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning reporting tools and OfficeConnect; OfficeConnect experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and business intelligence tools in FP&A, reporting, and analytics environments.
