Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite.
  • Provide frontline support for NetSuite functionality and data maintenance.
  • Monitor system usage and performance, complete daily administrative tasks, and maintain system documentation.
  • Configure and customize scripts, workflows, forms, fields, online forms, and custom records.
  • Manage system configuration, including design and data migration decisions.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • Support user access provisioning and security administration.
  • Assist with audit activities, including User Access Reviews and Segregation of Duties.
  • Interface with the NetSuite Managed Service Provider and support integrations with other systems.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a NetSuite administration role.
  • Experience using a ticketing system to track requests and issues through resolution.
  • Understanding of NetSuite integrations with multiple systems and experience supporting and monitoring them.
  • Ability to identify customer requirements and develop systems that improve NetSuite productivity while enforcing company policies.
  • Exposure to accounting, CRM, and marketing business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to translate end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with business understanding.
