Description

  • Serve as the coordination layer between sales, client-facing teams, and the Audience Solutions data engineering team.
  • Ensure audience segment requests are submitted with complete information and tracked through delivery.
  • Own intake documentation for incoming audience requests, including segment specifications, client deadlines, distribution targets, and data methodology requirements.
  • Manage the Audience Solutions project queue by tracking ticket status, surfacing blockers, and communicating timeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Support client-facing deliverables such as segment availability confirmations, match test results, and audience performance summaries.
  • Maintain the Audience Solutions segment catalog by keeping naming conventions, CPM tiers, and vertical classifications accurate.
  • Support leadership with QBR preparation, client reporting, and prioritization reviews.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound Audience Solutions requests from internal sales teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, media operations, ad tech, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and project coordination skills.
  • Comfort navigating data-adjacent tools such as project management platforms, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to audience segmentation, programmatic advertising, or data marketplaces is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Early-career professional profile preferred.
