Description

  • Own content strategy and execution across the website, blogs, whitepapers, solution briefs, datasheets, demo videos, case studies, and technical deep dives.
  • Lead end-to-end sales enablement, including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intel, discovery guides, ROI calculators, objection-handling playbooks, and rep training.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and the overarching company narrative to support a unified value proposition.
  • Own website messaging and information architecture for product pages to ensure differentiators are clear and compelling.
  • Drive internal and external product communications so teams across the company tell a consistent story.
  • Run win-rate improvement initiatives through win/loss analysis, message testing, and messaging discipline across the sales cycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success on post-sale messaging continuity through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Plan and deliver technical webinars, live demos, thought-leadership events, conference talks, podcasts, and community-facing evangelism.
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including competitor tracking and 'why us vs. them' narratives.
  • Own product launch go-to-market planning, cross-functional launch coordination, tiering, messaging, and post-launch measurement.
  • Support analyst and influencer relations, including analyst briefings and contributions to reports and evaluations.
  • Conduct customer and market research, including persona development, buyer journey mapping, and voice-of-customer programs.
  • Provide pricing and packaging input in partnership with Product and Finance.
  • Measure and report on content performance, enablement adoption, pipeline influence, and message effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or developer relations, ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure/platform companies.
  • Technical background through a CS degree, engineering experience, or equivalent hands-on fluency.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your work.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated, customer-centric messaging.
  • Track record of improving win rate, pipeline conversion, or sales productivity.
  • Comfortable hosting webinars, delivering keynotes, and recording demos.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Product, Sales, and Engineering without formal authority.
  • Bias for action, strong prioritization skills, and a builder's mindset.
  • Experience marketing to developers, data engineers, security teams, or platform engineering audiences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, or a similar product category is preferred.
  • Prior experience launching a category or repositioning a platform is preferred.
