Description

  • Own demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Build and scale integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, events, email, partner, and content channels.
  • Lead product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across the website and all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive SEO and visibility across LLMs, AI-powered search, and social channels to grow organic discovery and share of voice.
  • Elevate brand presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms through creative storytelling.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align on pipeline goals, ICP, and go-to-market motion.
  • Build, mentor, and optimize a lean marketing team that leverages AI and automation to increase impact.
  • Own marketing analytics, including pipeline contribution, CAC, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and brand metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3+ years leading marketing teams.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving enterprise pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong product marketing skills, including messaging, crisp copywriting, and translating technical value into buyer-ready narratives.
  • Deep expertise in SEO and emerging experience with LLM/AI search optimization (GEO, AEO).
  • Ability to launch campaigns quickly, test rapidly, and scale what works.
  • Fluency in modern martech, AI tools, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills with Sales and Product.
  • Comfort operating in a global, distributed environment across time zones.
